Mitch Turner
Chief Information Officer
- Mr. Turner joined Vectrix in June 2007 and is responsible for the company's global information systems and business applications
- He has over 20 years of financial and information systems experience in the manufacturing, banking and consulting industries
- He led the financial division of the worlds largest tank container manufacturer in South Africa
- He led global systems implementations of major business applications for Fortune 100 companies while with one of the world's largest IT consulting companies
- He founded and led a consulting business focused on management and systems consulting
- He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and an MBA from California Coast University
- Mr. Turner is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Peter S. Hughes
Chief Technology Officer
- Manages all technology development activity for Vectrix
- Over 31 years of engineering management experience in the fields of electrical energy generation and distribution, renewable energy products and power electronic drive systems
- Executive Vice President for Atlantic Orient Corporation, a developer of advanced wind turbines
- Advanced Energy Systems Division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, with primary responsibilities in the area of emerging energy technologies
- BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts, MS in Energy Resources from the University of Pittsburgh; MBA from Robert Morris College
- Registered PE in MA, PA, and VT

Dr. Wolfgang Gohl
Vice President of Manufacturing
- Leads all manufacturing activities for Vectrix
- More than 20 years experience in operations management, including start up of green field activities in central Europe for Parker Hannifin
- Dr. Gohl started his career as an R&D engineer in the scientific instrumentation division of the German-based technology company Leybold. Later he became the head of the Quality Department before he was appointed operations manager in Parker Hannifin's European Hose Product Division
- International experience includes change management projects, business system implementations, startup of new plants, technology and development
- BS degree and PhD in Physics from the University of Giessen, Germany
- Fluent in German, English and Polish

Steven Downing
Vice President of Corporate Quality
- Mr. Downing joined VECTRIX in November 2006
- Responsible for implementing corporate strategic quality initiatives globally across the Group
- 20+ years experience in leading international manufacturing and quality operations in defense, commercial, industrial and consumer product industries
- Has held management positions at Coto Technology BV, Raytheon Company, The First Years (a subsidiary of RC2 Corporation) and KVH Industries Inc.
- Earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine
- Certified Mechanical Engineer, Quality Manager and Quality Auditor.

John W. Schnorr
Managing Director Europe
- Responsible for developing policies and procedures and day to day management of cash, working capital, foreign exchange and risk management.
- Also assists with VECTRIX's interface with the capital markets, developing global banking relationships and with investor relations.
- Broad range of experience in directing financial planning and analysis and managing treasury related projects.
- Prior to joining VECTRIX, Treasury Manager at HASBRO Inc., the world's second largest toy company, where he managed all capital markets related projects
- Senior Financial Analyst for Invensys (formerly Marcam Solutions), a leading developer of enterprise resource planning software
- BS degree from the University of Vermont
- MBA from The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College.

Catherine Meier
General Counsel
- Ms. Meier joined the Company in June 2007 as General Counsel
- She has over 20 years of experience in private company M&A, capital markets and general corporate law with firms including Latham & Watkins, in Rome and London and Thelen Reid & Priest in New York
- She also practiced with the Legal Department of ENI, Italy's state controlled oil and gas company, in Milan and Rome, where she was responsible for international transactions and served on the board of directors and board of statutory auditors of the US and Polish subsidiaries
- She has been a member of the New York Bar since 1984
- She has a BA cum laude in literature and economics from Mount Holyoke College and a JD from Georgetown University, where she was an editor of the international law review

Jackie Dube
Human Resources
- Mrs. Dube joined Vectrix in December 2006 and is responsible for the company's global human resources management
- She has over 12 years of human resources experience in professional service, financial, insurance, real estate, nonprofit and legal industries
- She was Involved in transition of ownership of 15 acquired companies pertaining to employee relations, compensation, policies and procedures, and all retirement and health and welfare benefits
- She received her bachelors degree from the University of Rhode Island Mrs. Dube is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional and a Certified Compensation Professional
- She was on the Board of HRM-RI from 2004 – 2008 and a member of SHRM and NEHRA
